TECHNICAL DETAILS

Concrete

The H Columns and Panels are cast using M30 grade High Strength Concrete

Design Basis

The BoundarySol product is designed as per the standard IS codes for taken wind and weathering loads

Reinforcement

The Columns have 4 nos 4mm Prestressed Wires and the Panels have 4 nos 3mm Prestressed Wires

Installation

The H Columns and Panels can be installed manually without the requirement of a crane. The average speed of installation per team per shift is 40 running meters

Sizes

The H Column sizes are 150mm x 150mm outer to outer.
The Panel sizes (in elevation) are 300mm in height x 2000mm in length (customizable) x 50mm in thickness

Foundation

BoundarySol requires a very basic foundation of 200x200x600mm which can be filled with Gravel and PCC concrete
